Club Membership is the perfect way to become part of the British Automobile Racing Club and enjoy a range of exclusive member benefits, including the quarterly BARC magazine, discounted admission to selected circuit events and much more. Members can also get closer to the action by training to become a motorsport official or volunteer marshal.
Racing Membership is designed specifically for competitors taking part in championships and race meetings organised by BARC headquarters. Racing Members enjoy all the benefits of Club Membership, along with the ability to enter eligible BARC-organised events and access the relevant championship and race meeting regulations.
Centre Membership is available to hillclimb and sprint competitors wishing to take part in championships organised by BARC regional centres. It must be purchased alongside the basic £40 Club Membership. A Centre Member's spouse or partner can also join the same Centre as a Joint Member for an additional £10.
Joint Membership allows the spouse or partner of an existing Club Member to join the BARC at a reduced membership rate and enjoy the benefits of Club membership.
Junior Membership is available to young motorsport enthusiasts aged 10 to 17. Junior Members can proudly carry the BARC badge, receive the quarterly BARC magazine and enjoy special spectator concessions at Thruxton, the UK's fastest race circuit. An up-to-date passport-style photograph must be provided each year, and members can transfer to Club Membership when they turn 18.
Limited Racing Membership is designed for competitors taking part in a one-off BARC-organised event who do not require a full Racing Membership. Simply add the membership to your basket and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.
Membership of the BARC is subject to election by the Council of the British Automobile Racing Club and to you abiding by the rules of the Company. Membership fees are annual and run for the calendar year, irrespective of when it is first taken out, so that renewals are due on the 1st January each year.
Any badges issued remain the property of the Club and are to be returned on termination of membership. The BARC reserves the right to require the return of its badges at any time, with badges not transferable to any other person.
The BARC will not pass any personal information on to any third party.
