Located in the picturesque Wiltshire countryside, Gurston Down is renowned for its fast, challenging course and unique downhill start before the track climbs towards the finish.
Operated by the BARC South West Centre, Gurston Down hosts a variety of speed events throughout the season, with competitors racing against the clock for overall and class honours.

Gurston Down
History
Gurston Down was purpose-built by the BARC South West Centre, with construction beginning in 1966. The hill officially opened in June 1967, with its first competitive event following shortly afterwards.
The venue quickly established itself as one of Britain's leading hill climbs, becoming a round of the British Hillclimb Championship in 1971. Its distinctive downhill start, fast opening section and technical corners have made it a favourite with competitors for decades.
